Bucks Developmental Pediatrics

Due to the nature of developmental issues, patients are usually followed long term. Appointments are scheduled at intervals based on developmental concerns. If a child is taking medication prescribed by Dr. Willems they will need to be seen in the office every 3 to 4 months. Refills for prescriptions can be done by Dr. Willems between appointments. Younger children are evaluated every 4-12 months and school-aged children are seen yearly for neurodevelopmental re-evaluations. This enables Dr. Willems to track educational, attentional, social and developmental progress through the years. Recommendations will change based on progress and maturation.
